Published in 2016, this book started out as a collection of articles that Virginia used as. handouts for her past life regression classes. It didn't end that way, however. There was so much information, experiences and materials to be shared that she kept writing until it was a book. So, she decided to self-publish as a text book and a work book to hand out to her students, much like her first past life regression instructor, Henry Bolduc, had for her. Eventually it ended up being two books, one is on the theories about reincarnation and past life regression work, and the other one is the practicum or workbook. In the workbook you will find all the scripts and instructions for a past life session and how to run a past life workshop. The cover is the same, it just says "Practicum" instead of "Theory".
