Auras and Chakra

This is a two part class, where we discuss and clarify what the Aura is, what Chakra are, and how they work together for our benefit, and do some exercises to help us become more aware of the Aura and the Chakra. We also talk about how to clear/cleanse them, and maintain an inner balance to improve our daily lives and cope with challenges and issues that may come along.
The Aura
An aura is a field of subtle, luminous radiation supposedly surrounding or emanating from a person or object (like the halo or aureola of religious art). Some people can see an aura with their physical eyes, although that is rare. Modern New Age metaphysics identify the aura as electromagnetic fields. The existence of electromagnetic fields around every object in the known world is a scientifically proven fact. As everything that is in our reality is created from electromagnetic energy, everything has an aura - plants, animals, etc.
The Chakras
Within our bodies there are focal points of energy that we use, whether consciously or not, to affect our reality and allow us to fully experience and realize events that unfold before us. These focal points are called Chakras. Chakra (singular is chakrum) is Sanskrit for wheels or disks, and signifies one of seven basic energy centers in the body. The Chakras are the energy focal centers of our spiritual bodies.
